It began with a theater production. If it wasn't for this show, I may have never started to ask the questions I should have been asking myself for some time regarding my own happiness and wellbeing. The show was "Rock of Ages" a silly and fun venture into 80's rock and roll Hollywood culture... my youth and my memories flooded back. In conjunction with all of the menopause symptoms I didn't know were affecting me...and shortly after Covid and my loss of the job I had for the past decade, I started on a strange road of new friendships, my attitude towards my marriage, family, life as I know it and... me.
